Fourth:
Flight or teleportation?To clarify, this is flying unaided (unless you wanted wings or something), or teleporting to a "known" destination. I was going to put a restriction on the distance, but I'll let you guys hash it out.
Previous choices:
First: Heat vision or X-Ray vision?
Second: Super speed or super strength?
Third: Telepathy or telekinesis?

Teleportation, because use can use it to 'fly' by teleporting from one place in the air to the next. If you do it rapidly, over small distances, it's like stop-motion animation
(actually, I didn't think that up myself... if you've ever read Battlefield Earth, that's how the Psychlo ships got around.)
